1. Delivery Method
- All products available on Cre8tive Chaos Online are digital downloads or premade editable templates. Upon completing your purchase and payment verification, you will receive an email with a download link or access to download the purchased digital products.
- 2. Availability
- Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access your purchased products.

PAYMENT POLICY
1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Payfast which support the following payment methods:

2. Currency: All prices are listed & charged in ZAR (South African Rand).
3. Refunds: Please refer to our refund policy.

At Cre8tive Chaos Phoenix we use Payfast as our secure online payment portal. Payfast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider – the highest security level possible.
Payfast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
Unfortunately, due to the products being digitally sold, We cannot accept any returns once a product has been purchased and or refund any purchases.
